Why is the product being recalled?
The reason for the recall is the incorrect finishings of the ribbon strips, which causes the threads of the ribbons to easily unravel, which can pose a danger to the child.
The strips of ribbpn appear circled in red in the image below.

What needs to be done?
If the Tiny Love Gymini Black&White Décor playmat belongs to batch BRD 2024-08-01, you must stop using the product.
The batch number can be found in the washing info tag on the underside of the mat. The washing info tag is sewn into the seam of the mat.
The batch number is embossed on the washing info label, and underlined in red in the picture below.

How to return your product
A product covered by the recall can either be exchanged for a similar product or receive a cash refund.
The product can be returned to the nearest Lastentarvike store,
or via Posti with the return number 633047, to the address:

Please also include your customer details when returning your product:
Name, address, email, telephone number and whether you want a refund or similar product.

In the case of a cashback, the customer's money is returned to the original payment method.
