ORDER AND DELIVERY TERMS
Lastentarvike Webshop is a marketplace operated by Lastentarvike Haikaraketju, where the seller of commodities is either Suomen Emmaljunga Ky (business ID 0631754-3) or Sirosipo Oy (business ID 0855339-8). These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Suomen Emmaljunga KY or Sirosipo Oy (hereinafter Lastentarvike; Seller) and their customers when the customer orders from the Lastentarvike online store.
These Terms and Conditions also apply when the Customer orders Lastentarvike productsby by telephone, fax, letter or using other remote communication.
By placing an order in the lastentarvike.fi online store, you agree to the use of your personal data. See the privacy statement here.
Online store prices are valid until further notice. Prices include VAT 25.5% unless otherwise stated. The VAT rate will change as legislation changes.
Orders shipped abroad are exempt from VAT to companies, organisations and associations, as well as consumers outside the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, the consignee is always responsible for all taxes, duties and other charges when receiving the goods.
The delivery time for an order in Finland is usually 2 — 5 business days, if the delivery time is longer than this, we will contact the customer. Overseas delivery time is longer.
Orders are delivered to the nearest post office.
A strike, lockout, fire, machinery failure, lack of raw materials, regulatory action or other force majeure independent of the seller exempts from complying with the agreed delivery time. The Customer has no right to claim damages for this.
Availability
Availability of products in our online store as well as in our stores may vary. Store-specific availability and central warehouse availability are displayed on the product page, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information in all situations.
The shopping cart in the online store does not reserve the product, so the product availability does not change if someone adds the product to their shopping cart. Since the products of the online store are also available in stores, it is possible that the last product has just been purchased in the store and the availability has not yet been updated to the online store. Sometimes products may be temporarily sold out due to production reasons. In situations like these, it is possible that the product will still be able to be ordered through the online store, even if it is sold out.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if the availability information has been incorrect when the customer placed the order and the product is, for example, sold out. The Customer has no right to claim damages for this. If, for example, the ordered product is temporarily out of stock, we will try to inform the Customer as soon as we discover the situation.

This Agreement shall be governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Espoo. The consumer also has the right to bring an action before the General Sub-Court of his domicile or to refer the customer to the Board of Disputes.
Delivery methods
Shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the order. Shipping costs are determined by the place of delivery.
Pick up at any Lastentarvike store is free of charge.

Delivery for domestic orders over 50€ is free of charge.
Pick up the items you ordered from our own Post Office. You will be notified by SMS or email of the arrival of the parcel and you can pick up your parcel from the Post as soon as the day of arrival.
Pick up at the Posti parcel vending machine of your choice costs 5€
Delivery for domestic orders over 50€ free of charge.
Pick up your ordered items from the Posti parcel vending machine of your choice. You will be notified by SMS of the arrival of the parcel and you can pick up your shipment from the vending machine immediately.
Mail home delivery for domestic orders costs 10€
Mail home delivery is an easy way to receive your order. Smaller parcels will be delivered to your desired address. For larger shipments, Posti will agree with you on the delivery time.
You can track the progress of postal shipments based on the consignment ID that you receive in the email when we send the parcel.
Payment methods
The order can be paid in advance via online banking, credit card, MobilePay, PayPal, invoice (OP Invoice, Walley) or by instalment (OP Account Credit, Walley). International orders must be paid either by credit card or PayPal.
These terms and conditions of the contract are in effect against.Children's Supply has the right to amend these terms and conditions. The change will be announced on the Children's Accessories website.

Return instructions
You have the right to return the products you ordered from the online store within 14 days of receiving the product unused. Products can be viewed, but not used. The right of return does not apply to products purchased in the store, as well as to hygiene and intimate products opened from their packaging (creams, detergents, underwear). The product to be returned must be marketable and in intact original packaging. Pack the returned product (s) carefully, preferably using the same packaging in which it was delivered. The product's sales packaging must be protected and, for example, postal customer return labels must not be affixed directly to the sales package. If the product is not saleable upon return, we reserve the right to refund only a portion of the product price. Customer returns from Finland are free of charge for our customers. In case of returns from abroad, the customer is responsible for the return costs.
Always inform us in advance of the feedback to verkkokauppa@lastentarvike.fi and attach the original shipping list according to the returned products. Returns will be sent as a customer return to Posti, deliver the package to the post office and tell them that it is for Customer Returns Children's Supplies. The contract ID is 633047. Always ask the Post for a receipt for a refund, and keep it until the money is returned to your account.
Please note that not picking up an order is not a customer return! If you want to return a package that has arrived at Posti, you should do as above, that is, visit Posti to receive the parcel, and tell us that you want to send it as a customer return to Children's Supplies. For uncollected parcels, we charge a processing fee of 15 euros.
You can also return the products to the store where you picked up the order. Shipments delivered by post can also be returned to the nearest store.
Returns usually take about 2-3 weeks to process. The money will be returned to the original payment method, the postage will be added to the refundable amount if you return all the items you ordered.
Return package offers
Please note that individual products cannot be removed from the package offer. If you want to return only one item from the entire package, the package offer will expire. Please contact customer service before returning products. E-mail verkkokauppa@lastentarvike.fi.
Complaints
Complaints related to the order and delivery must be addressed to our customer service no later than seven (7) days after receipt of the order. The customer is obliged to check the shipment and consult the operating instructions before commissioning.
If there are any errors in the product after commissioning, please contact our customer service. Send a complaint by e-mail to verkkokauppa@lastentarvike.fi with your contact details (name, address, e-mail and telephone number) and include the order number.
