Payment and delivery methods
Payment methods

In our online store, you can pay using the following payment methods: online payment, credit card, mobile payment, gift card, or invoice/installments. Read more about the payment methods below.
Online payment

For online payments, we use the secure Paytrail payment service, which works just like traditional online payment for the user. You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks: you can pay with the buttons of Nordea, Säästöpankki, Aktia, POP Pankki, Danske Bank, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Oma Säästöpankki, or OP. The recipient of the payment will appear on the bank statement as Paytrail Oyj.
Credit card payment

You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard card payments. Card payments are processed securely through Paytrail. Neither the online store nor Paytrail Oyj has access to card information, and payment card details are not stored in our systems. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on your card statement and forwards the payment made by the customer directly to the merchant.

PayPal
You can pay for your purchase using your PayPal account balance or a linked debit or credit card. Select PayPal from the payment buttons to log in to your PayPal account and complete the payment.

You can pay through the Apple Pay payment service. Apple Pay is an easy and secure way to pay with your phone or other Apple devices.

Invoice or installment payment

Klarna
You can choose Klarna as your payment method. Klarna provides you with detailed payment terms. For more information or questions about payment, visit the Klarna website.
Walley invoice and Walley installment payment
We offer the option to pay by invoice or in installments in cooperation with Norion Bank AB.
With a Walley invoice, you get interest-free payment time for your purchases. To use the payment time, you need a positive credit decision, which can be easily applied for during your purchase. You can apply if you are at least 18 years old and have a Finnish personal identity number as well as a permanent, official home address in Finland. Once you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed the purchase, you will receive an invoice for your purchase via email.
If you want to pay the invoice in smaller parts and at a payment schedule that suits you better, you need to create a revolving credit agreement after receiving your first invoice by logging in either to the Walley app or the website my.walley.fi. Walley will perform a credit register check before entering into the credit agreement with you.
Once you have a valid credit agreement, you will receive a monthly account statement via email until the credit is fully paid. You can always choose to repay your credit in larger installments than the minimum amount stated on your account statement. Any late payments will incur statutory fees and interest. OP invoice
The OP invoice is available to personal customers of all banks. You can use the OP Invoice if you are at least 20 years old and have online banking credentials from a Finnish bank.
With the OP invoice, you get 45 days of interest-free payment time for purchases up to 5,000 euros.
If you wish, you can switch to monthly installments, allowing you to repay the invoice at your own pace.
You will conveniently receive invoices by email and reminders via text message.

OP account credit
OP account credit is a revolving credit available to personal customers of all banks. You can apply for OP account credit if you are at least 23 years old and have online banking credentials from a Finnish bank. You get up to 30 days of interest-free repayment time, and you can choose to repay the loan at your own pace, in up to 92 installments. With OP account credit, you can make purchases of up to 7,500 euros. All purchases you make during the month will appear on the same bill.

Payment service provider
The payment intermediary service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we ask you to contact the product supplier first.

Gift card
Online Store:
You can use a gift card as a payment method by entering the gift card number in the gift card field at the online store checkout, under the payment method section.
Please note that the gift card is for one-time use only and any remaining balance will not be refunded. If there is remaining value on the gift card when you are about to check out, use it up by purchasing a new gift card for yourself: set the value of the new gift card to the remaining balance of the old card. This way, you can use the value later. The value of a new gift card can only be set in whole euros, not cents. If your purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, any unused balance will not be credited.
In Store:
You can also use the gift card for payment in all of our stores. In the stores you can use your gift card in multiple installments.
Delivery options
Shipping costs are added to the total order amount. The shipping costs depend on the delivery location.
Pickup from any Lastentarvike store: €0
When you receive a pickup notification, we generally store products in the store for 14 days. If you need a longer storage period, you can arrange this separately by calling the store where your product is being kept.

Pickup from the Post office of your choice
Pick up your ordered products from your local Posti post office.
You will be notified by text message or email when the package arrives, and you can collect your shipment from Posti on the same day it arrives.
Pick up from the Posti parcel locker of your choice
Pick up your ordered products from the Posti parcel locker you selected.
You will be notified by text message when the package arrives, and you can collect your parcel from the locker immediately after being notified.
Posti home delivery
Posti home delivery is an easy way to receive your shipment. Smaller packages are delivered to your desired address. For larger shipments, Posti will arrange a delivery time with you.
You can track your Posti shipments using the tracking code, which will be sent to your email when we dispatch the package.
